Age Verification & ID Uploads

Because our products are 21+, we ask you to upload a photo of your government-issued ID before checkout.
Your ID is reviewed by our team solely to confirm your name and age before your order is shipped or delivered.
We never sell, share, or use your ID for marketing, and it is never shown to third parties other than the team member verifying your order.
Once your age has been verified and your order completed, your ID image is deleted from our systems.
If your ID cannot be verified, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Information We Collect

Contact details you provide at checkout: name, email, phone number, and shipping/delivery address.
Order history and preferences, used to fulfill orders and power your rewards points.
Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) that help us improve the site.

How We Protect It

All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Access to order and ID information is restricted to authorized Springfield team members only.

Data Retention & Your Rights

ID images are deleted after verification is complete.
Order records are retained as required by New Jersey law and tax regulations.
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing springfield@legalleafnj.com.

Third Parties

We share only what is needed to complete your order: your address with UPS or our local delivery courier, and payment details with our payment processor.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
