Acceptance of Terms
  • By browsing, placing an order, or creating an account on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or place an order.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version is always posted here, and the date at the bottom reflects the last revision.
Age Requirement & Eligibility
  • You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, place an order, or receive a delivery from Green Rush Delivery / Legal Leaf Springfield.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at checkout and may be required again at delivery to confirm your identity and age.
  • By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived products in your jurisdiction.
  • Misrepresentation of your age is a violation of these terms and may result in order cancellation without refund and, where applicable, legal action.
Our Products
  • All products sold on this site are derived from federally legal hemp and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight.
  • Products are intended for adults 21+ for lawful use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Every batch is third-party lab tested. Certificates of Analysis are available on individual product pages or on request.
  • We do not ship to states or municipalities where these products are restricted. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable New Jersey sales tax unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • There is a $25 minimum on all orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at any time, including orders that appear fraudulent, fail age verification, or ship to a restricted area.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Charges appear on your statement as LEGAL LEAF SPRINGFIELD.
  • We accept all major credit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or delivered locally through Uber within our Springfield, NJ service area and surrounding towns.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • A signature and matching ID may be required at delivery. If the recipient cannot present valid ID, the order may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds
  • Refunds and replacements are handled per our Refund Policy. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and compliance reasons unless defective.
  • Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded in full.
Limitation of Liability
  • Green Rush Delivery and Legal Leaf Springfield are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • You use our products at your own risk. Consult a healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Intellectual Property
  • All content on this site — including the Green Rush Delivery and Legal Leaf logos, product names, images, and copy — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
  • The Green Rush Delivery and Legal Leaf collaboration is a co-branded partnership. All brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Accounts & Security
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear to be used fraudulently.
Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Union County, New Jersey.
